THE ARTIST:
I paint; I always have. Not as a hobby, but an intregral part of my life. Most of my work has been done for family and friends with a few commissions now and then. Now that my sons are grown, and I have retired and no longer spend my days preparing lessons and grading, painting has become a paramount drive to satisfy.

My work:

Although my work fluctuates in style and presentation for various reasons, people and nature capture my attention especially in abstraction and dynamic color. I prefer to edge away from the realistic and celebrate changing, moving organic shapes and forms.
